    I've just upgraded my OS to Monterey 12.6.1 on 11-Nov-2022 and now notification banners stopped again showing up at the top right corner. All notifications including Whatsapp and Kiwi are gone now. They get collected in the Notification Center frame, but the sliding banners don't show up...
