    Turn off all usage - or almost all usage of Cache (Memory)

    Hi, My Mac is so slow these weeks. Got a new one.. Just wondering if its possible to turn off all - or almost all Cache-usage of memory in Mac OS? Normal RAM is much faster, so I really would like to have this configured

    Safe to remove - .rnd and .CFUserTextEncoding

    As a cleanup routine, I remove files from ~/Library/Logs and ~/Library/Caches directory. I also remove ~/.Trash and ~/.DS_Store My question - Is it safe to remove ~/.rnd and ~/.CFUserTextEncoding? What are these files/folders for?
