MP 1,1-5,1 RX 580, 5700, or 5700 XT Cards that don't block the second PCIE slot?

Resolved Graphical glitches with certain cards (ports? cables?)
On a 5,1 I have three cards: 1080ti in the bottom slot, 1080ti in the next usable slot up (2?), then an m4000 in one of the top two slots. If I plug my screen into any card/port other than the 1080ti in slot 2, the macOS gui is glitchy/ghosting/slow/not correct. I'm using display port cables... -

mac pro 1,1 no video boot
Just bought a used Mac Pro 1,1 tower of craigslist with no GPU or HDD. I have a blank SSD and 2.5 to 3.5 converter, a used mac GT 120, and a used GTX 680 i have flashed to work with mac. With either card, I get the chime but no video goes out my monitor. My keyboard lights up and I have gotten... -
