macbook pro 2019 15"

I have a 2019 MBP i7 2.6GHz. We purchased it 2 weeks ago (used in flawless condition). It worked great for a week, then we loaded the Time Machine backup from our old 2014 MBP, and now it keeps crashing. It's done it over 60 times. I copied the log report hoping someone could help.

Today i got the weird problem that the Apple Supports told me may the macOS cause it. He ( the Support ) was on 10.15.1 and me was 10.15.2, Both of us can't see our Coverage on the website anymore, Anyone can check and report here if this problem is wide or just random ? I attached the picture...
