    Macpostfactor External Install Drive

    Guys i was trying to install Mavericks on my Macbook 4.1 but macpostfactor won't create an imstall drive. And when i create an installer in an internal partition i can't see it in select startup disk setting. What i can do to solve it? (Sorry if my English is bad)
