Plastic 2009 MagSafe 1 MacBook not accepting charge
Bought off of eBay for basic use, for an elderly relative. The item in question is an early-mid 2009 MacBook (the plastic one) and it has the T style charger. It will not go orange, despite how much I clean the charger and port. I have got it to go orange only once, which lasted around 10...- RedPandaJ

Early 2009 Polycarbonate 13" MacBook 7,1 w/ geforce 320m

How does the 2010 MacBook hold up in 2016?
I have the opportunity to buy one for $400. It has an Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, a GeForce 320M GPU, and a 250GB HDD. I plan to upgrade the RAM to 4GB and possibly get an SSD to speed it up. I am not sure if it's a good deal though. I only plan to use it for web browsing, word processing...
