    Has this or something similar ever happened to Steve Jobs?

    Way back in 1998, This happened to Bill Gates while presenting hot pluggable devices. Was there ever an incident like this that happened to Steve Jobs?! Maybe a kernel panic? (probably not because they occur way less than BSOD)
