Anyone who follows the beta cycles have an educated guess when this will be released?

Some patterns before indicate either last Tuesday (not) or maybe next week...

A logical guess is when the mac pro 2019 is out, so later this month - unless apple delays the 'promised' release which would not surprise me..

I'm a rolling stone.
This isn't the worst ever - that medal gets pinned on Lion. Catalina is definitely second though. I just gave up ruining my life beta testing this one. I swore I wouldn't touch this pox ridden OS X version until at least 10.15.4, but then I went ahead and purchased a new 16" MacBook Pro so now swimming nose deep in hot, steaming [censored] along with the rest of the Catalina crowd...

Catalina is not Apples best macOS* ;) , but it's by no means the worst or second worst OS, seems like you and others haven't been using OS X/macOS long enough.
For me Yosemite sucked, but just for one single reason and it was a problem lots of people had, Google Yosemite Wifi problems, it took Apple 6-8 months to completely get rid of Wifi problems.
Mojave was by far Apples best OS, stable right from the first beta, no other beta or even a release was that stable, not even the Snow Leopard came close, especially not in the first few .X releases.
Some of the early OS X versions lacked a lot of features, it wasn't until Tiger before it became good.

*= Catalina is macOS, not OS X

Agree about Mojave being the most stable, right from beta 1.
Actually makes me wonder why I went to Catalina (natural inquisitiveness!!), but after initial problems around betas 3 and 4 it's turned out to be remarkably stable on my 2015 MBPRetina.

I've found that UPGRADING my version to any major apple release is less than pleasant ... as opposed to the major PITA of clean installing then reinstalling my core applications ... every 2-3 major releases, this is what I do ... Catalina hasn't been bad for me, but I did clean install and re-install / re-configure apps. still some small minor annoying bugs and a couple larger ones (like continuity and incoming calls)

MP5,1 with RX580 8GB in 10.14.6 has a GB5 METAL score of 39004, CBr20 score of 2320
MBP16 with 5500M 8GB in 10.15.1 has a GB5 METAL score of 27580, CBr20 score of 3314
MBP16 with RX 5700 XT 8GB via Sonnet eGFX 650 in 10.15.1 has a GB5 METAL score of 33723, CBr20 score of 3399

Yes my MP5,1 is loaded and upgraded but this really NEEDS to improve... I'm not a fan of GB5 scores, but it does a good job of illustrating this specific issue. Really hoping the drivers were rushed for 10.15.1 and the MBP16 build of 10.15.1 to get it out the door.

MBP16 with 5500M 8GB in 10.15.2 has a GB5 METAL score of 26963 in the highest I've tested so far. It's basically around the same METAL score in GB5 in 10.15.1 (the MBP16 build version).

Have not been able to test RX 5700 XT in eGPU in 10.15.2 yet.

Does this version fix the Time Machine Restore of EMAIL Messages? Multiple people reporting the CRASH that happens when in an INBOX and you OPEN Time Machine. It comes up but within about 5 seconds it crashes.

I hope it does. I have noticed this problem. Good to know it is not just me though.
