CR3 photo recovery software in mac

Hi, i deleted Canon CR3 raw file carelessly and clean in trash ~~~
Is there any CR3 raw file recovery software in drive or trash for mac OS?

What kind of drive were the files on?
Were they on a platter-based hard drive?
Or were they on an SSD?
Or on an SD card?

On a platter-based drive or SD card you -might- have a chance at getting a few of them back.
On an SSD... probably very little chance at all.

If the drive was encrypted -- furgheaddaboutit.

I tried many recovery softwares that can’t recovery all raw files
