Sod off
I use external 2.5" USB drives quite a bit at work, and the cable (USB3.0 A Male to Micro B Male) that typically comes with these drives always wears out long before the drive needs to be replaced. I have ordered generic replacements from Newegg in the past, but am curious whether anyone has a recommendation for a more durable cable. I often have to move data between PC desktops and Macs, so USB-C is not yet a good option.

"High-end" cables tend to be a ripoff, but are there any out there with a justifiable reputation for durability that are worth looking into?
