Enrolling for dev account and legal name won't change

I'm trying to enroll on the apple dev program. I'm at the first stage with entering my details. My Legal first name is coming up at "FirstName" followed by my correct surname. Obviously my name is not FirstName. I have tried to change it on my icloud account as suggested on the page but my name is correct there...

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas to fix it?
