Help with cancelling my signature

I did something when my Mac was new that puts my name and contact info (like an email signature) whenever I type an "11" It's a pain in the butt, and I have never been able to figure out what I did back then to undo it. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Advice?

Look in System Preferences > Keyboard > Text.
