I bought a 2017 12" MacBook with the i5, 8GB, 512GB SSD. I'm looking at the cycle count and it's showing 68. How is that even possible? is a full draining a cycle? Is there a way to check battery health? I remember my iPhone X losing around 15-20% in it's two years so kinda wondering.

Keep in mind that battery is like muscles and have to be regularly exercised to keep healthy. People like "counting cycles" because it is very easy but from a technical standpoint it is meaningless nonsense.

P.S. Did I mention not to run Windows on your MacBook?
