How to make a diverse cluster?

I have a lot of old machines including some Power PCs and x86-32 and x86-64 PCs, and I want to make a computer cluster with some of them, just for the fun of it. How can I do this? And before you say anything, this is for the fun of it, and it's cold where I am so the heat is welcomed.
