How to sync only Reading List to iCloud Safari

I have a different set of favourites and bookmarks for my iPhone, iPad and Mac. I need different ones for different devices. So I don't want to sync favourites and bookmarks. I also don't want to sync tabs unless I decide to using Handoff.

There is an option to sync Safari in iCloud Settings on each device. Is there a way to sync only Reading List between devices, but not Favourites, Bookmarks or Tabs?

This morning I gave in and decided to sync all Safari settings on iCloud. I dont use favourites as much anymore. The tab lists for each device is terrific.
