Sorry if this has already been stated but if you’re looking to start fresh a factory reset will suffice. From a digital forensics perspective I’m not familiar with a way to fully 0 out the device. There may be a tool that will overwrite every bit on the disk but I don’t know of one.

Agreed. Even the 6s is a night and day upgrade from the 6. The A9 with 2 GB of RAM is holding on strong with iOS 13.

If you have no clue what your doing take it to an Apple store and they will walk you through it. You’re making this way more difficult than it has to be.

Just out of curiosity, is your phone iCloud Activation locked and you're trying to find a way to bypass it? Because that isn't possible.
The only thing I've seen is being on iPhones since iPhone 4s (2012), owning almost every iPhone since then and the biggest problem I've ever seen is the Mail issue in iOS 13. I can't possibly be that lucky.
If this thread is about a jailbreak, or the effects of one, shouldn't it be moved to the jailbreak section?

After reading your other threads there is definitely a hardware problem and the phone needs to be replaced. You can pickup iPhone 6S or 7‘s very reasonably at this time. Not only are they better phones in performance, you’ll have a phone that’s still receiving current updates from Apple
Op, how long have you been dealing with this problem on this phone? At some point you’re going to have to stop and ask yourself how much your time is worth. I wonder if it’s time to throw this phone away and buy a new one.
