Install macOS HighSierra on windows laptop

Hello, i have macOS HighSierra.iso file and need to know how i can install this macOS on my windows laptop using this file...can anyone help me out?

But i think it asks for macOS HighSierra.dmg file and i have iso file...

Hello, i just realized i have macOS 10.14.1 Mojave.dmg file, can i make it an installer on USB in windows itself since i dont have a mac. I then want to use this bootable drive to install Mojave on a windows laptop.

I don’t think you can do it easily, without going the ‘hackintosh’ route, and hacking your laptop so the installer thinks it’s a mac.
