i have installed and have high Sierra running off my external hard drive BUT I notice I don’t have all my Firefox etc bookmarks and passwords. I guess I should have saved them?

Anyway to retrieve all this? Firefox bookmarks and passwords?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I will have a look around.

What happens if I change the start up back to the internal drive? Sierra.

Will the information still be there like originally.

If you still have a working system on the internal drive then try this.
Use the Finder-Go menu, to Go to Folder "~/Library/Application Support/"
Find the FireFox Folder there and use it to replace the same folder in the same location on your external SSD.
Problem solved, all your FireFox info should now be up to date.

I found application support but can’t find a folder. I see the application though.

Kinda sucks. But it’s my fault.

I might try booting up to the internal drive. Hopefully it’s there with all the bookmarks.

Boot to the original drive, open Firefox and on the options use firefox sync.
