Interactive Whiteboards compatible with macos

I need your help for advice.

I'm interested in an interactive whitebord. Using macos and ios, is there anything on the market that can be compatible with the mac world? Something that allows me to have everything synchronized and be able to work on a project from various devices including the whiteboard?
