Yes, that has been present since 10.0. It will also do this to "Happy New Year"
Hello all, i would like to ask something about the IOS update 10.2.1 . A friend had an iphone 6s and he had also the updated ios. She had this feature to press the icon for messages slightly like you hold a bit when pressing and get the notifications if you got any unread messages.
I update my device iphone 6 to 10.2.1 and i cannot access that feature.
I need to ask what is the issue, is there some problem due which i cannot access the feature or it is only available on devices after iphone 6 that 6s onward.
Please help

This is a 3D Touch feature, which is only available on iPhone 6s and later.
Got to upgrade then it means, but i think i can live without this feature until my phone says sorry i don't wanna be with you anymore.
When u swipe down to bring up Notification screen u see the two *dots* at the bottom, u can swipe between notifications and widgets..
However from the home screen when u swipe right, only the widgets are available... yet u must swipe down for Notification .WHy is this different?

In one case you are bringing down Notification Center where the Today/widget screen is also available, in the other case you are simply going directly to the Today/widget screen without anything related to notifications.
It's the other way around (although you can also get the widgets when you pull down as well).
When you invert the colours on the App Store....you get a true night mode....not just strange reds/blues/greens...as you would expect

I'm sorry, that was not supposed to be my complete post. I'm not sure what you mean about the true dark mode on the App Store. Checked it myself and I don't see what you were talking about. Unless you were being sarcastic.?????
Complete post???.....anyway if you invert the colours on the App Store...basically white becomes black but the colours stay the same.
As in my post wasn't completed when I posted it by accident. Anyway, I'm still not seeing this on my device. Inverting colors changes all of the colors on the App Store to be well, inverted. Not just white becoming black.
on the latest iOS, on iPad. anyone know Apple removed the Display zoom option under Display & Brightness ?
On previous versions u could select the entire screen as "standard" or "zoomed"..
This is different from Zoom in Accessibly where only a potion of the display is enlarged. Its not due to larger screen as the removal, as it existed always in previous iOS's on iPad.

Why does my AirPods connection pop-up show the battery charge level for each earphone separately and other times, I can't get it to?
It seems to relate to charge case open or close here. And how long you wait for it to display...

The swipe right and left in mail to delete/flag/ read/unread was always there.. but this is also possible when we are in an scrolling through the thread emails and not Mererly in the inbox. I didn't know that...
There is a version of it...try playing with "Invert Colors" as a part of the Accessibility menu and turning on "Reduce White Point"; welp it helps a little sometimes

Is there any alternative to native messages app(sms) because it keeps on crashing as soon as i open any sms,cant read any or send any,so just wanted to know is there any app which can allow me to access all my sms's
