My iPad was enrolled in the beta program but it no longer shows “profile” in the settings. Update says there’s nothing available but I also can’t redownload the beta profile. Any idea what’s going on? iPad Pro 10.5

Why can't you re-download the beta profile? As far as any updates, perhaps you already have the latest?

Well, that’s my question, I don’t have a clue why I can’t get the profile anymore. It should show under General settings, correct? When I go to the Apple site to try to download the beta profile it will not do anything. It stays on this screen and won’t go past that

My question is why are you showing your computer when the issue is with your iPad? Normally I have nothing to do with my laptop when installing the beta configuration profile. You only need to use Safari on your ipad to go to the AppleSeed portal and then downloads for 13 to get the profile. Occasionally an update has been known to remove the Feedback Assistant, is that still on your ipad? Re-downloading the profile should restore it. When you got to the portal on your ipad Safari you should see this ⬇️ Is this what’s not responding for you?

That screen shot is from my iPad, using safari. That screen is as far as it’s letting me go, it won’t let me get to the portal to download the profile. Also I do not have the feedback assist. This isn’t my first time using the public beta, I’ve been using it for years but this is the first time I wasn’t able to delete it and/or redownload it.

Ok, at the bottom of the download page or on the sidebar there should be a contact us link, you may be able to get them to help. That page may different for you, the public beta is somewhat different from what I access.

Well, no idea what was wrong but I signed out of my account and restarted the iPad and then signed back in, for whatever reason that fixed it and I just now was able to install the profile. Zero idea why that worked?

Tab on the „AA“ in the address bar of safari and select „request mobile site“ and you will be able to download. :)

The behavior is due to the fact that iPadOSˋs Safari is requesting desktop site per default. And you cannot download iOS profile on „desktop“.

That makes sense. I had a problem with another site that I couldn’t log into even though all info was correct. Once I used that “request mobile site” it worked properly. It should not have made a difference. That desktop default can cause some unusual issues.
