iPhone 11 PM Smart Battery Case looks worn quickly

Tomorrow I have had my Smart Battery case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a week. And Im already starting to see wear on the front of the case. Anyone else had the same problem with the case gets worn quickly?

I think it’s too early to start seeing this type of wear for such an expensive cover.

This is one of the things I absolutely hate about the Apple SBC, is that they wear out too quickly especially if I put it in my pocket and out every time. I noticed that with mine and ended up returning it.

I don’t see the wear, I can’t tell if the shiny area is wear or light from the camera. Usually the corners get the worst wear.

The shiny area on the bottom is a wear. It won't come off when you try to clean it. Depends on how it's handled but I've always noticed that the lip on the bottom of the phone gets wear pretty fast on mine since the way I place my phone in my pocket is upside down (lighting port facing up).

I don't mind cosmetic wear, but does the 11PM one start to warp where it doesn't charge consistently anymore unless you bend the connector back like the XS Max did?

I had the same problem with the pine silicone case for the Pro Max, around the edges are peeling, a month later...

I read a few comments on forums where on the Apple store exchange for a new one (same color of course), So I asked to Apple support and they told me is a wear "cosmetic problem" not a warranty issue.
