iphone vs ipad app sales figures ? (does anyone have a link to any please)

I have been trying to find some sales figures for the total purchases on the iPad vs the iPhone. Does anyone have a link to any recent charts/figures ? (anything within the last year or so would do)

I am considering making an iPad specific version of my app and wanted to check the numbers to see if its worth the development time.

my sales are usually 1/3 on ipad of what they are on iphone. I do think certain games do better on ipad though.
