iPod iPod classic 6th gen

Hi , i have the ipod classic (clickwheel) and my hdd died.

Could anyone please give me a link to a good guide of where to :

* find a good guide for both HDD and battery replacement
* find hdd and battery to a good price

preferably CompactFlash for hdd replacement or SD cards.

At this point I would use a iFlash and go the SD card route. I have a 7th gen I am waiting for to die so I can do this as well.

Watch out 6th gen won't recognize more than 128GB.
