iPod touch iPod Touch case that can protect camera lens

I've been using a Pad and Quill "Little Black Book" case for my 5th-gen iPod Touch for a couple of years, and like it. Like pretty much all cases, it has a cutout for the rear camera. However, all the dust/dirt/lint from my pocket always accumulates around the camera lens. I'm wondering if there are any cases which maybe have a small piece which could slide over to protect the camera lens when it's not being used? Some searching has not turned up anything like that. (It also looks like Pad and Quill no longer makes their LBB for iPod Touch, at least that I can see.)
