Hi - I can not update my OS. I am still on Sierra. My Mac needs 320GB to turn off LFV which I do not have and can not achieve by moving files.

I can not share files with my colleagues (we're all on Mac) because of this.

So, before I throw this Mac out the window, can anyone help me to solve this?

I do not specifically want to turn LFV off, but I do need to update my OS so I can share documents again

PLEASE HELP!!!!

It's a 2011, 500Gb. 10.12.16.
