So I never shut down my mac, last week I bought this new machine and when its on battery, after I leave it for like 6 hours, and then when I open the lid it doesnt wake, or if the lid was not closed after pressing any of the buttons or touch pad it should wake but it does not. It takes aprox 10 seconds before apple logo appears and it asks for my password because it was restarted. Is there a fix for this?

After you reboot it after an episode such as you describe, what is the state of charge of the battery percentage? Because it sounds as though the battery ran down too low, and that essentially forces a reboot.

Ok, last night I've done SMC reset (the first one, with 10 sec press on the power button) and left my device on sleep. Its 6:29 am and it took the mba one whole minute to wake just to get to apple logo, after that it goes normally. Should I try the second SMC reset option or its the same thing?

OK, this is random and bizarre, and supposedly applies to 13" MacBook Pro products with two Thunderbolt ports, but apparently Apple is acknowledging that the 2019 13" MBP has a problem with random shutdown... just like your MacBook Air:

Kind of makes me think that if the 2nd level SMC reset doesn't work, then you're going to have to make a trip to the Table of Sadness (hat tip to Allison at podfeet.com) to talk to an Apple Service Specialist.
