I downloaded Moneydance through the App Store and unfortunately it’s quite useless. It either won’t connect to my banks or won’t display qif/qfx data correctly.
I can’t figure out how to do direct connect to my local bank, The app won’t connect correctly to Chase, and wont connect to US bank at all.
On my retirement account, it’s literally showing a negative balance and random data that doesn’t show in my account. It won’t direct connect to my retirement either, I have to do manual download.
I posted in their support forum and read their knowledge base but I’m unable to make it work. They offer a refund if you purchased through their website, but not the App Store. So I requested a refund on App Store, but the robot over there rejected my request immediately.
Can I call Apple and get a refund? Anyone ever been successful doing that? Anyone get this app to work correctly lately?
