iPhone Motion tracking, key framing, and digital panning in iOS?

Greetings.


are there any video editing APPS that can do one or all of the following?

1) Motion Track/Camera Track (Anlayze video content for track points)

2) Key Framing (basically what you’d see in a lot of intermediate editing programs)

3) Digital panning (Basically panning digitally on a photo or video, like slow zoom or pan across shot)
