is there any way that when you add a photo to an album, it is no longer shown in the "recents" album? My recents album is clogged up with different photos that I have situated in other albums and I would like a more cleaner recents album. Maybe its some sort of OCD, but if it's in an album, I don't also need it in my 'recents' folder. It only has me scrolling through many many images that may not fit into one of my other create albums. Instead of adding it to a different album, I'd like the possibility of moving it to a different album

Im on the latest iOS on an iPhone 11 pro max

I’m pretty sure Albums are really just collections. Photos don’t get physically moved like they would in a traditional file structure.

You can't, all photos are saved in Camera Roll. When you add photo to an album you basically just add a tag for it.
