I was playing around in GIMP trying to make a nice Seahawks wallpaper for my iPhone XR lock screen. I made the top all black, to hide the notch, and the rest is Seahawks colors with a logo. I'm not sure how I did it, but I ended up hiding the translucent circles behind the flashlight and camera icons. I don't know if this will work with other iPhone models as I don't own others and cannot test.
* Notes: This wallpaper works best on iPhone XR when you turn perspective zoom off. The wallpaper dimensions are correct, the iPhone XR does some craziness with wallpapers so I had to improvise.

My MacBook Air 2019 base model seems to handle GIMP quite well.
