I am trying to run Route Buddy off a 4tb external hard drive. I use a Mackbook Air with a 121 gb hard drive. How do I get 17 state maps I bought to work on Route Buddy on the external hard drive? I have the Route Buddy software downloaded and running on the external hard drive. Thanks Al Cassell

Al, this is a pretty specialized support problem, certainly not specific to the MacBook Air. You'll probably have to look to Route Buddy for help on this - do they have a support forum on the web site where you got the software? That being said, I'd start up the software and then look under the menu item "Route Buddy" for a preferences entry; there may be a field on the preferences form where you can specify the location for the map files, which you could set to the folder on your external drive where you've put the map files.
