i just got my first mac 2 days ago. i have a 1.5gb external hard drive from my pc connected to mac via hd docking station. i have windows os, programs, and data on the external. there are 2 programs on the external that i would like to run on the mac. i've tried parallels, tuxera, and microsoft ntfs for mac by paragon. i can't seem to get any of them to run the program. is there a way to run the 2 programs on my mac?

VMWare Fusion is able to boot bootcamp partitions (Windows installed on internal drive).

You could install a small Windows bootcamp partition on the internal drive, boot using VMWare Fusion for Mac, and then launch the programs.
