The 'safe' color is gray, but yellow looks fun; without being able to see them in person, yellow just might be my choice of the two - if I were in the market for a Lite.Which colour would you guys choose?
I am in between Light Blue and Yellow...Ok, I’m split between the yellow one and the grey one.
Which colour would you guys choose?
Eh - why not just go yellow - it's the flagship color of the 2019 Switch Lite release, as even used in Nintendo's promo video.Hmm more yellow suggestions then grey.

Pre-order it, get it on launch day; then return it if you really hate it, and hunt down a gray one - I don't think they'll be out of stock for long, if at all.I’m thinking it’s the way to go possibly, trouble is I won’t be able to see it in person if I pre-order.

Well then you just talked yourself out of a pre-order; so you should be able to see the yellow (and gray) in person, in late September, before your buy.Yeah I was in two minds though as it’ll be the first batch, and first batches normally have issues...

Just how long do you think you'll wait to get past the "first batch"?
Not a fan of the lite design. Might go with the regular switch to get back into more fun colorful games (mario, zelda, etc.). Now, however I feel like within the next year or two at the most well see another switch announced.
The grey looks good, kinda like almost but not quite like a space grey iPad...umm, the Area 51 raid is the same day this is released.
Grey isn’t terrible but a transparent one green one would look nice.Colors are TERRIBLE, but nice to have a handheld only option.
This video shows a fourth switch lite but it may not be for America but japan only.
That’s the one, its nice but something with like that with no design and different hues instead. If your referring to the one with multicolour Joycons it’s a limited edition model, has Pokemon graphics or something in the back.

Yeah theirs definitely a a Switch tax, some games that cost a lot on the Switch can be found on Xbox Live Game Pass! What I can't get over is the price of Switch games... CAD $80
It's interesting that the software(OS, games) and services are the same...... the hardware form factor and market differ, but they're both on the "Switch platform".
One could imagine, a portable and desktop console, one tuned for battery life, one tuned for higher-resolution and performance, both running the same games and using the same online services.
The "Switch"(the original one), is in between, and why not.... i suspect we will see a "console only" product (no portability) with higher clock speeds, at ~$249 price point? or maybe even $199.
Great for developers as well...write the game once, and it runs on a portable and home console, using different configurations tuned for each of them.
Wait a little, usually buy at Amazon, bought amazing games, never paid more than 20 euros..... sure it won’t be a day one purchase, but I do not care, most of the AAA games go as “low” as 40 euros, well worth the wait. What I can't get over is the price of Switch games... CAD $80
