Aggressive photobombing. They demanded that I take their picture and wouldn't leave until I did. Weirdly, didn't even want a copy...and I wasn't about to ask adolescent girls their email address to send to them.

Nikon Z6-IR (i.e. a Nikon Z6 converted to infrared) with Nikon 85mm PC-E (i.e. a tilt/shift lens) handheld without any tilt/shift @ f/4, 1/250th sec, ISO 100. The 85mm PC-E lens is one of my best lenses for IR photography, without any hotspots even when stopped down.

This pic doesn't "scream" IR, but it works quite well as an IR capture. The dead leaf would have been uniformly brown with a standard camera. I prefer the way it is rendered with an IR converted camera.

Yes I realize there is beauty in all living things (if you look hard enough :) ) but this one is not necessarily the most attractive bird around. What is it?

Well, he probably thinks different :)

...Some kind of a chicken breed. No idea of the specific name.
