i opened a post in the "MacPro" section;
is there a possibility to make it "appear" also on the "Powermac" section?

like a shortcut or similar?

We specifically forbid double-posting in the forum rules

However, you could click the report button on the original thread if you think it would be better somewhere else and request a moderator to move it to the other forum. This will automatically create a re-direct in the original forum, so it will still have some visibility there.
