Bored at home. Steamed some Japanese rice in the Japanese rice cooker. Soaked some garbanzo beans in water for 18 hours then cooked them in slow cooker over night for 12 hours. I think with the soak and rinse I got most of the gasses out of them. Then I mixed in a bowl some garbanzo beans with olive oil, lemon, cumin and some salt. In another bowl I cut up some tomatoes which I also tossed in olive oil, lemon and salt. Bought some fresh Salmon from Norway and with a dash of Mazola cooking oil pan fried them for a few minutes on each side. Salt and pepper to top off.

Decided to give Eggslut a try in Vegas at the Cosmopolitan this morning but my guess is this line is going to be 30 minutes minimum  I think they can afford to add and open up another register.

Dinner.. Japanese rice, Wagyu beef steak strips, Japanese eggplants cut/sliced up and stir fried with a new Japanese sauce I decided to try tonight for dinner. I put both packets of the sauce from the package in with the eggplants but next time I will use just one.

This is what I eat 5 days a week. all I can eat is protein its all my body lets me eat. no spices or seasonings. so half a pound of assorted cheese and a few different meats. the cheese gives me about 1/2 my daily calories and helps me get enough fat.

In summer, (and autumn, and spring) whenever I am at home, something similar comprises a surprisingly large part of my diet; the fact that I love cheese has absolutely everything to do with this.

However, in winter - while I still devour well stocked cheeseboards - I also find that I need a little more substance to my diet.

Anyway, it looks absolutely delicious: Do enjoy, and please give us a tour of the contents of the cheeseboard.

Noshed charcuterie last night with friends & am nibbling on remnants this morning.

Once my appetite was sufficiently stoked up, I then built up a breakfastbagel (local ham, cheddar, & eggs on a local Jewish bakery green chile bagel) sandwich.
