This is more of an annoyance bug, I am wondering if any others see it. I have a lot of reminders I use on a daily basis. On my phone (iOS 13.2.3), sometimes when I open the Reminders app everything is blank except for the top reminder. The first time this happened it freaked me out as I thought I lost everything, but that time I closed the app and reopened it, and it was fine. I have since discovered that just tapping the List link in the top left corner, then going back to the Scheduled list, all is ok. Here is what it looks like when it happens. Has anyone else seen this?
