Have noticed with the YouTube app, when a video is playing (whether in portrait orientation, or with the video minimised to bottom of screen), or and you are scrolling through suggested videos in the lower portion of the screen, if I keep my finger on screen and manually scroll it is nice and smooth. If I flick and remove my finger to allow it to scroll down itself, the scrolling is not smooth at all.
When a video is not playing everything works smoothly again.
Same with all other applications completely closed and only YouTube open.
Has YouTube had any update since iOS13? I don't recall there being any for quite a while.....
