I have Mavericks installed on my 2008 iMac, and when I use Safari just about any site I visit pops up with a certificate for "stags.bluekai.com" This does not happen on any other browsers. If I open more than one tab it spams me with up to 15 of them. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try running Malwarebytes on your system. It appears you may have some adware.
Nope. I did a fresh install of Mavericks on my MacBook and it does this straight away. After some research it appears this is a very common issue with Safari, but only on Mavericks.

I am sure that setting your DNS to Adguard DNS will take care of this.
