I see Totallee's thin clear case now has precision holes for the speaker & mic instead of the wider gaps.

Still got the old wider gap ones on Amazon UK though......

Just got my Speck Single Layer Clear Case and it’s the thinnest clear case by far that I have used (tried the ESR Essential Zero, Spigen Liquid Crystal, and the Apple Clear Case). The lip of the case barely extends and is pretty much flush with the screen. So don’t think it’s as protective as the other cases, but I like the very slim profile and grip so I’m gonna keep this one.

Apple should get rid of their own clear case because it's too bulky and bottom is open. They should replace it with Power Support Air Jacket since there's no branding on the case, slimmer, and it looks like Apple made it.

REBOOT:
So I couldn’t post any replies until tonight, and I’m getting a little lost in making sure I answer everyone who asked me questions. To summarize my initial post about clear, slim cases, I have tried all the following (these are all ultra slim and CLEAR, except Ainope, which is more slim than ultra slim):

1. ESR
2. Totallee
3. DTTO (clear but the bumper is Gold to match iPhone Gold)
4. Tozo
5. Torras
6. Ranvoo
7. Temrod
8. Speck Single-Layer Slim Clear
9. Peel
10. Bare
11. Ainope

I can currently provide pics for the following:

Totallee
Peel
Ranvoo
Speck Slim Clear
Temdan

I still have the DTTO and Torras, but they’re for the XS Max. They fit the Pro Max but the buttons aren’t lined up. I can show pics anyway, if anyone wants.

Pics of Ranvoo case please and your thoughts about the case.

You should also consider MOSHI when it comes to super thin minimalist cases.
The Superskin is only 0.35mm and transparent. The drawback is the branding and the cuts for the speakers (large cut instead of tiny holes). It kind of scratches pretty fast too.

Here we are guys, my boring as boring can possibly get black 1 with the ESR case. It's slim. It's clear. Shows off the real design quite well. Shame it has ESR branding and 2 weird lines on each corner of the case. But I'm not overly fussed as I'll be getting a coloured case any way.

Is the Speck case easy to remove and put on? Thinking of getting a case for when I go hiking.

Does this have a dotted pattern on the back? Or is it fully transparant and you can clearly see the green color?

My favorite case is the caudable liquid crystal. It is slim and has great protection - I have dropped my phone quite a few times and haven’t damaged my phone yet.

The Caudabe Lucid Crystal case is good. I just don't like the lettering on the side. They should've put their logo (like the Caudabe Veil XT) instead of the word Caudabe. For that reason, I went with Power Suppor Air Jacket Clear Case. There's no branding, just like the Apple clear case but it's Made in Japan, thin (same or thinner), hard, new material clear coating, and the bottom is covered up. In fact, Apple Store used to sell the Power Support Air Jacket up to iPhone 6s. Then they got lost from iPhone 7 to iPhone XS because they don't release new cases for the new iPhone after 3 months. Basically they lost most of their customers, only the die hard fans (like myself) buy their cases. For iPhone 11, they made a significant changed and they released the new cases on day 1. It's too bad you can't buy them from Amazon.

I used to buy the power support cases, but they scratch very easily. Does the new cases still scratch easy?

Guys, I know this thread is about clear cases, but if the OP and anyone else doesn't mind, may I ask for advice on the below (if anyone objects, I'm happy to delete my post) - what do you think of the case? I'm sick of the sight of my bland black 11 and need some colour (red or blue) on it.Unfortunately, Ranvoo don't do a similar case here in the UK for the 11.

No, it doesn't scratch easily. But I take good care of my iPhone 11 Pro. It has a self-healing coat for micro scratches. Below is from their website.

Clear Air Jacket
Our engineers have made an ultra-thin poly-carbonate shell with a self-healing coating to ensure that your phone stays protected and that your case maintains its original crystal clear, clean look. The clear, Tritian™ case is designed to stay crystal clear, with out yellowing or staining, so all you see is the Apple iPhone 11 Pro.

Pics of Ranvoo case please and your thoughts about the case.
Here are a few pics of the Ranvoo if you’re still interested. You’ll see that it has a more prominent lip around the screen and the camera, def’n more than the Speck Single-layer, Totallee, and Peel. I’m not a fan of it, but it doesn’t add bulk to the phone at all, still feels as slim as the other cases I mentioned, but I feel it when I swipe my screen. Other than that, it has great clarity and grip. One of the close-ups shows the microdot pattern in the case, but I never noticed it until I took that pic so I’d say it’s a non-issue. I can’t speak to scratches or yellowing, as I really haven’t used it enough to know. Hope this helps!

The ESR looks great!! Funny how finding the best clear case is so hard, then it takes like 3 days to get bored of it! Did you find a colored case you’d recommend? I got a colored case, too, one of Apple’s silicone case! I haven’t had an Apple case since the 6 Plus cuz the leather and silicone cases were way too slippery back then. I couldn’t even hold my Plus with one hand! The silicone started breaking off, too, so I never bought an Apple case again til now. They def’n changed it for the better, it isn’t slippery at all, and it’s much slimmer! If it didn’t have the traditional lip around the screen, I’d recommend it as an ultra slim case.

Honestly though, I’m still completely in love with my Peel case!! It doesn’t have the gummy feel like other TPU cases, (though I like that feel, too), it just feels more natural, I guess? Like there’s nothing on the phone, and the grip is incredible. So glad I have a new case to love, since my fave DTTO case doesn’t come in clear or silver for my Pro Max Silver!

Do you use a screen protector? I have a full-screen one that adds the protection no-lip cases lack. I dropped my phone 3 times this week (Oct. 15th tax stress!!), medium drops from about 3-4 feet onto hardwood floors. My phone bounced all 3 times, landed on both the back and front, with zero damage! Pretty sure if I didn’t have a screen protector, there’d be nicks on the corners of the glass, if not worse!
