I have CCTV and it shoots thru window so left/right/top/bottom part of video are dark showing window frame and since now outside is lots of sunlight, the street color is totally white.

What setting (backlight compensation/brightness/contrast/exposure absolute/exposure auto/gain/saturation/white balance temperature) i need to change to get street look normal color?

From the settings you listed, it is going to be one of the two exposure settings, or a combo of them both. You will need to dial the exposure down until the street is not blown out.

I’m guessing the CCTV doesn’t have a spot setting where instead of measuring light and averaging over the entire frame, you can reduce the size of the area it uses.
