Hi All

I am trying to assist a fellow with cerebral palsy to use an iPad using the Switch Control accessibility function in iOS along with the AbleNet BLUE2 2-switch unit. I need to use the Touch Control function with the Manual scanning style, as the person can't use the auto scanning as it requires too quick a response on the switches, which he is not capable of doing.

When I first set up the iPad, it was using the Manual scanning style for Switch Control and it worked as planned. For no apparent reason, it has now started using the Auto scanning style, and no matter what I do (even explicitly setting it to the Manual scanning style), it just carries on using the Auto scanning style.

I have tried a hard reset and multiple other change of settings to correct this but I can't. So I'm hoping someone in this forum has come across this before and may be able to assist?

The iPad is running iOS 9.3.5

Many thanks
Cliff
