I have mounted the SD Card from my Pi4 using Fuse in OS X. It doesn't matter if it's actually plugged in realtime or if I make an image of the SD Card and mount that.
If I try to copy the Plex Media Server directory using Finder, it just stays in Preparing To Copy Files. Initially goes pretty quickly but then takes over a second per file…once I got to 19,000 I gave up. I tried to use Keka to copy everything into a local ZIP…gave up after the 24 hour mark, at which point it was also still preparing (not giving me a real progress bar yet.) Trying to create a TAR using Keka produces error code 1.
Why is this taking a ridiculous amount of time and what solution do you propose? I tried to create a TAR on the Pi itself but this froze the compression utility. I should probably try copying the folder using Terminal right? What's the best way to go about this?
