UPGRADE Xserve 2,1 early 2008 from single to dual CPU

Hey,

I have upgraded my early 2008 2,1 Xserve with 1x 2,8 GHz Quad Core Xeon with a second same CPU.
This was a few years ago in late 2013 and have never realy used it. Only a few hours.
In late 2016 the trouble started with an issue of CPU B FAN 2 IN spinning at 18 - 19k rpm all the time. Switching with an other fan in the array changed nothing. So these days I started to reuse it as a file server/cloud in my house for me and friends.

Today I read near to the Intel memory controller a info printed on the Mainboard. It looks like Jumpers or connectors to set for differnt CPU configurations. *both CPUs are working fine and are fully recognized.

	J4A3	J4A1
CPUA	2 - 3	1 - 2
CPUB	1 - 2	2 - 3
BOTH	2 - 3	2 - 3

So now to the main question. What to do with these and do I need to check them after CPU upgrade??

I thought this could be the reason for my CPU B FAN 2 IN problem. If not it may be the logic board for 14 fans.

UPDATE: Found "J4A3" between CPU B and Power Supply ("J4A1" still searching ...)

I would need a picture of this spot from an original 2 CPU configured Xserve main board shipped by Apple whether a bridge is soldered there or not.

Is there any information about this connectors, what they are for and why are they printed on the board if they have no sense for end users?! ?

e.g. for controlling the fans??

Yeah Xserves are cool stuff. Hope Apple will do with their new rack mounted Mac Pro a kind looking of them.
Do you haven't a Xserve from 2008 with original DUAL CPU to send me a pic from the specific spot on the main board? You need not to take off the heat sink. It's right beside it.

Unfortunately I don't have one at hand to take a photo of for you. I need to update my sig, too. I'm down to a 6,1 as a Plex server, a 2012 MBP, and a small iPad. Plus the Z820s.
