Which email service do you prefer?

Thinking of making a switch. Gmail, iCloud, or Yahoo? I currently use my local broadbands email, but want something more permanent in case I switch providers someday. So which one of those 3 is better in terms of being more secure, less spam etc. Thanks!

Outlook hands down. Otherwise iCloud. Would not use Gmail or Yahoo. I have a second Gmail address for my social login / for spam mails.
