Just installed Windows 10 trough Bootcamp on my MBP 16 and only the AMD Gpu drivers was installed and no Intel 630 was detected. Is this normal ?

Yes, on MacBook Pros that have a discrete GPU, only the discrete GPU is ever used when booted into Windows.
