Windows when doing a restart up date goes into MAC OS

I have Windows on an external drive with Bootcamp . When it asks me to restart so it can update it starts updating then goes into Mac OS? Is there any solution to fix this? Or is that just one of those things? Does anyone else have this problem?
What happens when you have to do a restart on the internal Windows does it do the same thing?
What is the point of having Windows on here if it can,t update?

Mine does the same but its just because my default boot is set to macOS. If you change that to Windows it should reboot normally into Windows. Or just hold Option key down during reboot.

Yes thats what i found out,the other thing is when i clck on BootControl Panal options are 2 Windows with the same Disk1?There was 3 of them yesterday,the other one is Backup OS when i click that it boots back to Windows.I wish they could sort the Resrart OS on there it works from the start up on system prerances on the Mac side.
