I notice more battery drainage on iOS14 than 12 without really using the phone. Is there some apps or features that i can shutdown that will help to saving my battery? Im using an iPhone6S+

So I replaced screen and digitizer on a 6s, screen appears perfect but when on a black background screen all lines are coming down screen. How do i fix this ? Examples below, any help would be appreciated
