    Quicktime freezing

    I have the base model MBPR 2015 with OS X 10.11.3 installed. I have been having problems with quicktime where the player freezes suddenly. The videos will play but i can not pause or use any of the controls, and i have to force close quicktime in the acctivity monitor. Any thoughts?

    Ok....Something worked ...for now... I've had fewer issues within update than many folks on this site....But did have some slowdown issues with Safari and Mail... So....I did, probably a classic New-be maneuver ......I just reloaded the 10.11.3 download right over the original download...
